1. HOW TO REGISTER
Always use the person who informed you about Get Help Worldwide’s referral link, so that you can have someone to guide you when you need guidance. In my case, click my referral link which is

Once you click on my referral link to join, it will open the website.

Click create account. If you are using a phone scroll to the bottom to find create account.

When the registration form opens, make sure my referral email appears on the form.

Fill out the form and remember to put the phone number this way, without the + sign. 23481999.

Click submit.

Login
to your account. When you see the captcha phrase that confirms you are
not a robot, make sure you put capital letters and small letters where
applicable. If you are not sure, click the green refresh circle next to
it.

Wealth come on board.

You must make a donation/provide help within three days otherwise your account will be blocked.
2. HOW TO UPDATE ACCOUNT DETAILS
The
first thing you need to do is fill out your bank account details and/or
your bitcoin address if you also intend to use bitcoins.

Click menu.
The menu on the phone is the blue lines that appear on the top left
corner of the phone. Some phone browsers may not even show the lines,
just press the top left corner the menu will appear. Please do not use
opera mini it won’t work. Rather use UC mini or other browsers. If using
UC mini, the menu won’t show on the top left corner so you have to
scroll down to see the menu.

Click on My account. (If using UC mini when you click on My account, it will open a new page with the menu)

Click on Account details.

Enter your bank account details and your bitcoin address. If you do not intend to use bitcoins, please leave the bitcoin blank.

Click on submit.

Once
updated your bank account details cannot be changed not even by you. To
change the account details, you need to email support, and email them a
copy of your id, passport or driver’s license. They will use this to
compare the face on your id to the one on your profile picture to make
sure you are the one requesting for this change.
3. HOW TO PROVIDE HELP
Now that your account details are registered, it’s time to Provide Help.

Go to menu
- Click on provide help
- Click on new donation
- Enter amount without the comma sign
- Click send request now
- Confirm that you have provided help by clicking dashboard. There you will find your donated amount above the testimonies.
- To
see how much you are receiving after 30 days including the onetime
registration bonus, and the exact date and time to redeem, click receive help then make request.
- Clap for yourself.
4. HOW TO UPLOAD PICTURE
Please
note that Get Help Worldwide is a social financial platform and
therefore uploading your picture is mandatory. It also helps you to see
who you are paying, and we have made friends in Nigeria and in UK
through Get Help Worldwide. If you do not upload your picture, or you
put the wrong picture, you may be heavily penalized. So here’s how to do
it, it takes less than a minute.

Go to menu

Click on My account

Click on Profile management
-
Click on Browse
-
Locate and select the picture to use and click open

Click on Upload
5. HOW TO GET YOUR REFERRAL LINK
-
Go to menu
-
Click on My Referrals
-
Click on View Referrals
-
Copy and paste your referral link somewhere safe. Text your friends, email them and share on Facebook.
6. WHAT TO DO WHEN MATCHED TO PAY
After
2 to 3 weeks, you will be matched to pay someone the donation you
pledge. You’ll get an SMS and email and see a new message in your inbox
area on dashboard. Check your GHW account regularly so that you don’t
rely on text messages. If you would like us to check your account for
you in the first month till you are comfortable, let us know. We manage
several people’s accounts.

Go to menu

Click on Provide help
-
Click on Make payment
-
Scroll down or scroll across if using phone
-
Write out the recipient’s bank details and contact
-
Proceed to bank (DON’T WRITE DONATION ON THE TELLER )

Take a picture of the teller slip or take a screenshot of online transfer
-
Come back to this same page by repeating above steps.

Click upload proof.
-
You
have completed your own part of the transaction. If the person receives
the money and does not confirm you, they will be blocked.
-
Call and inform recipient because some may not be aware that they must confirm.
-
Some
people will confirm your payment before you upload your proof. If that
happens then you are free, no need to upload the proof again because
once they confirm your payment all details are wiped out.

To
make sure they confirmed you without you uploading your proof, go to
your dashboard, look in your message area, the messages you get from
GHW, if you receive a message written, tnx for payment 5% has been added to your credibility score then you know you are ok.

You
have 48 hours to complete this transaction. If you do not pay in 48
hours, you will be blocked from the system. If you need an extra day,
call and ask the person to extend the time for you for 24 hours. They
must do so in their account. If they say no, you will be blocked if you do not pay on time.
7. HOW TO REDEEM YOUR DONATION
After
you have successfully paid your donation, it is time to receive. 30
days from the day you entered your donation online, you can request for
help.

Go to menu

Click receive help
-
Click make request
-
Scroll down or sideways
-
You will see click to redeem donation. Click it.
-
Your
donation, plus your 30%/50% increase, plus your registration bonus,
plus your referral bonuses will all be added up for you.
-
They will ask you to confirm that you want to redeem, click yes.
-
Wait for 1 minute, refresh your page, you will be matched with someone to pay you your money.
-
They will have 48 hours. If they default, they will be blocked and you will be given someone else to pay you.
-
If
they ask you, you can extend the time for them by 24 hours so they
don’t get blocked. Only if they ask you. You are allowed to say no.
-
To extend by 24 hours, go back to the make request page by repeating above steps. Click Extend by 24 hours.

Once
they pay, even if they upload proof, do not confirm the payment until
you have made sure the money is in your account. Even if you receive an
sms alert, confirm by checking your bank balance first. Once you
confirm, login to your GHW account, go to make request page again by
following above steps. Click Confirm payment.

You
can confirm the payment if you receive the money in your bank account
without waiting for the other person to upload the proof.

After
receiving your money, you have three days to make another donation. If
you do not they will block you. However, if you have multiple donations
running, and you redeem one, there’s no need to make a new donation as
long as the other
donations are still active.
